Can wearing tampons cause infertility?

Hey ladies, I am trying to conceive. We have been actively trying since March and we haven't had any luck. I have cut soda out, changed my diet, we have sex all the time and nothing is working. My doctor said my levels are great and I have plenty of eggs and my uterus and cervix all are good. But I started my period this month and I didn't take it very well. And now the anxiety has set in and I am worried that wearing tampons all the time is causing infertility. I have always worn tampons since I was a teenager and only during the day. I hate pads so I only wear those at night. We already have a son and my fiance keeps saying we had one we can have another. But I am freaking out. Please help.
