help? slow labour !

Is there anything I can do to help contractions speed up ? I'm currently in slow labour they've said I could be for some time as I'm not dilating , I did lose my plug last night, well some of it again not all , is there anything I can do or try to help speed it up ? no castor oil suggestions please I've already got dioreah so I don't need be going even more lol ! I'm getting tierd and fed up now my contractions are every 30 mins and not changing and I've a tonne of pressure in my bum and vagina and I'm really uncomfortable ! x
