Headaches?

Before I even have time to drink much water I already have a raging headache 😭 anyone else? I’m 15 weeks

My OB suggested taking 400 mg of magnesium a day. It did the trick for me.

My doctor gave me strong tyonol pills with caffeine in it cause I'm addicted to soda & can't drink as much as I use to.

I’m 15 weeks and the headaches just started. They are horrible, worse than I’ve ever had and I usually get them in the evening and have the hardest time falling asleep.  I’ve been drinking more water thinking it might help, but no such luck 😐

I’ve read that people drink a coke or coffee as the caffeine dilates the blood vessels.

I’m 19 weeks and I get at least one, sometimes two migraines a week, in addition to two or three headaches.  Dr said water and sleep.  Waiting for my new ob because my family dr wont prescribe anything.  Looking for other ideas.

I have had some bad ones. Last one was Saturday carried into Sunday morning, it was brutal!!!
