Glyburide - who's had no baby issues post term
It seems like docs are prescribing glyburide for GD / morning fasting numbers but Has anybody had a successful pregnancy while on it?
Ppl seem to be refusing doctors orders and not taking it. I started July 27 ( 2 weeks now) when I was 17 weeks pregnant. I had a low blood sugar attack that night at 2.5 mg so I cut dose in half and that seems to work but I wonder if even 1.25 is harmful to the baby. If so, why would my own doctors prescribe it?
My fasting blood sugars were Avg 105. That doesn't even seem that much higher than 95.
