Products to help milk production?

I have a low milk supply, I've been pumping as much as I can but still need to use formula. What can I take or use to help build up my milk production?

Make sure you are getting plenty of water (which so many people have said) but if you are like me and hate water... drink a sports drink like Gatorade or Powerade. Those give a great boost to supply. 
Also sleep plays a huge roll in production. Try to sleep as much as you can and nap! 
Also calories. On average most people eat a normal 1200 calorie diet. That is enough to get the average person thru a day but a breastfeeding mama isn’t average. We burn 20 calories for every ounce you produce. On average we produce 24-34 oz a day... that’s close to 700 calories a day that you need to be adding to your already 1200 calorie diet... and that’s to produce the bare minimum of what your child eats. Count your calories! Snack like crazy.

At least 64 ounces of water a day, nursing and pumping as often as possible, power pumping, lactation teas, and cookies, leafy greens and oatmeal, legendairy milk supplements, (most people recommend fenugreek but it can have the opposite effect on some women) and if all else fails ask your dr for prescription reglan

Lots of water! If you google or Pinterest lactation cookies, you’ll find lots of yummy recipes that help boost your supply! I believe fenugreek is a good supplement to take too, although you’ll smell like maple syrup all the time 😂
