Vitamins for nails?

Are there any good pills to take for nails? Mine break and tear soooo easily and it hurts when they do and I’m so sick of it. What can I do to help strengthen them?

Mine get weak whenever I let myself stay in a state of dehydration. Once I consume a better amount of water again, they strength right up.

Biotin pills. Massage jojoba oil intro the skin around your nails and drink plenty of water

Mine were like that too no matter what I did so I started getting gel nail polish and now they actually grow plus gel doesn’t damage my nails like acrylic would and I get to have cute nails 😂🤷🏼‍♀️
