Anyone do private donor home insemination ?

Anyone did on home insemination with a private donor and if so how? 
I hear people using a cup but I hear sperm dies when it hits the air so how does that work? 
Anyone use a donor of a website wanting to help to donate sperm? 
I’m looking into doing this down the road as I really want another baby but no baby daddy drama

If you do anything like that I would definitely get a lawyer involved to write up paperwork that your donor would never try to get custody and all of your stipulations right from day one.

We are also doing this but due to male factor infertility. Have tried the at home method a few times now but haven’t hit any luck....
