postpartum girdle, is it worth getting?

I see a lot of people talk about them but I don't really see anyone say if they're worth it or not or if they even help getting your belly back to it's shape, ( obviously not pre-pregnancy shape ) 
Anyone ever use one and would you recommend it?

I just bought on today off Amazon! I used one with my first but it was to skinny. Meaning didn't cover my whole belly. It actually made my tummy hurt less. In stead of just hanging out. So I bough a more full coverage one this time. Just because I was super self conscious of my belly hanging all loose lol it's weird right after baby

I didn’t use a girdle per say BUT after every birth I use shapewear like spanx IMMEDIATELY after birth and it helps with swelling and reduce your belly size. I don’t personally like the girdle because they aren’t comfortable for me but with high compression spanx I can wear them all day and it makes me feel better too

I don't think so. I didn't use one and my stomach tightened up by itself after birth. I looked like my pre pregnancy tummy like a week or 2 pp

yes i would! i did this with my 4th baby and was much smaller faster than with my first 3 and it helped my abs i didnt have a large gap like i did after my third. im doing it again after this baby. start wrapping the day after birth
