For those who have tried SMEP...

I don’t believe I have had a positive opk. Some of them were so close but I still believe they were negative. Today I’m experiencing lower abdominal cramps on the left side, mild backache on the left side, extreme fatigue and sore breasts.

Is it possible that I’m within the ovulation window without getting a true positive opk?

I guess my question is should I treat these symptoms as if they were a positive opk and BD today, tomorrow, the next day, skip a day then BD again?
