Low count it went down again today! Help 😓

Ladies,

I feel down about this cycle. I did injectables menopur and femara day 4-8. Had two mature follicles and one at 1.6 two days ago I triggered last night at 7pm. Went in for iui after a night arguing with my parter about sumthing stupid haven’t slept. Since we started at the clinic in May he has a low count them found out he has a vein issue in his testicles which could be stopping the flow of sperm and quality fine. Have an appointment in nov with a urologist to go over that.

My fertility doctor put him on meds and last month I decided to do iui 3. Count went frm July 18 million before wash 2.3 after wash to last months iui of 37 million before wash and 15.5 million after wash. Today now 31 milllion before and 8.6 after. I feel down I thought it would have went up again because every month since we started meds supplements it’s gone up. Motility is at 60 percent so they r moving good. I dunno last month it worked and then miscarried early and I just wanted hope for this month am I wrong? Will this happen again?.
