Worried!

Hi, this is a bit graphic but I'm really worried, I'm not sure what this was.

Ok, woke up this morning with severe stomach pains, went to the loo and there was loads of blood. Stomach got very sore throughout the day with severe dirrehrea and passing small grey clots, feel very tired and bokey and stomach is in complete agony?

Is this just a bad period? Maybe a bug cause of the dirrehrea

Help? Anyone the same? Period was not due until next week
