Mouth sore??

Does anyone know what this is??

And/or how to treat it??

I've had it for about a week. I thought it would have gone away by now but it hasn't. At first I thought it was an ulcer so I rinsed my mouth for a couple days with some warm salt water. It hurts to move my bottom lip and when anything touches it like food or toothpaste.
