Today was my first full day using my diva cup, yesterday I put it in about 5pm after I bought it and instantly my cramps went away my bleeding started slowing down and I felt 80 percent better. Well today my cramps are almost non existent and bleeding has slowed down so much, before i started the cup yesterday I was bleeding through a super plus tampon and always discreet diapers . That’s how bad I bleed and the cramps are killer like bring me to my knees. Today is only day 3 and I usually bleed for 7 days super heavy, do you think it’s a coincidence or could it be the fact that I’m not using chemical filled products anymore? Anyone else experience this?
