My fiancé and i had sex 5 days ago (trying to conceive) I’m not sure if i was ovulating or not but i was on day 20 of my cycle. (Not sure if that helps) but anyways since yesterday I’ve been very nauseous on and off, very tired sleeping on and off, and my breasts are really sore. TIA

Even if you did ovulate 5 days ago, you wouldn’t be pregnant by now. Implantation takes 6-12 days and then it usually takes a few more weeks for symptoms like nausea to show up. You could possibly be pregnant but you won’t know until you take a test (when you miss your period).
