Hcg or ultrasound?

I went into the ER today because I was feeling extremely dehydrated. They took my HCG levels which came out to 21606- which should be the end of 6 weeks? But my transvaginal ultrasound only measured a gestational sac of 1.1cm and no fetal pole yet, dating me to 5 weeks 1 day. Below is my paperwork. Should I be worried? Which one would you trust more? Maybe my levels are just high?

I’ve heard that you can’t pinpoint a week just by HCG.

I would go by ultrasound. Hcg varies greatly. My hcg was actually considered 3 days behind my ultrasounds, but baby is healthy.

You shouldn't be worried, I went to the er  they told me I wasnt pregnant at all,a week later I'm pregnant but pregnant with twins yeah

Thank you beauties! They’re both great for gestational age but when you put them both together it’s a little bit scary! My doctor never mentioned the HCG levels to me, I read the paperwork but seeing those levels with  only an empty sac left me with too many questions!

It’s hard to base how far along you are from your HCG levels. I had mine taken at 7 weeks and my levels were at a range from 7-9 weeks.

I went to my first appointment thinking I was 7 weeks and 2 days but the dr didn’t fine a baby just the sac they said maybe is too early and I’m not 7 weeks my hcg is 14800 And I have to do more labs on Monday to check the numbers !  I think you should go by your hcg levels !
