Can baby change position this late?

I’m 35 weeks and my baby was head down and I could feel tons of kicks in my upper belly. Just this morning, it feels like the kicks are way down below. Is it possible he flipped again? Only thing I can think of is it’s his arms but these feel way too strong to be baby arms, they def feel like kicks...

UPDATE: I went to the doctors office bc the movements got less. They did a non stress test and ultrasound. Everything is great. And he did in fact flip! To footling breech position. He was head down yesterday. So yes ladies it looks like they can flip this late even overnight. So glad I checked though. Now I can have some peace of mind
