Genital warts

I’m so embarrassed but i need some advice. I am 7 weeks pregnant With my second baby to my fiancé.

I have found what I believe to be a genital wart! I have had the same partner for the past 3 & a half years and before him i had been with my previous partner for 7 so basically I’ve slept with 2 men in the past 10 yrs.

obviously this is a shock to me and from what I’ve read the pregnancy could be a reason for it to have grown so quickly.

This pregnancy is my 6th, but that includes 1 miscarriage and an ectopic pregnancy and I’ve never had a wart or any other sti’s ever.

My question is, is it possible the virus has been laying dormant for the last 3 and a half years and I’ve caught it from my partner at the beginning of the relationship?

Does the genital wart virus show up on routine checks for sti’s? As i have had one since getting with my partner to rule out anything once we were serious and not using protection.

Or has he cheated on me?!
