Feeling utterly broken

I have received a letter today in regard to my ivf nhs funding because I have a child from a previous relationship I am not eligible for funding my partner has a very low sperm count of 2mil we were told we need ivf to conceive he has no children and was born with undsened testicals

I guess this is the end of the road
