Help bleeding again!!! 14 weeks

I need some reassurance ladies around a month ago I was bleeding went to the docs and baby was fine they suspected weak cervix was on bed rest for 2 week with no sex all the rest

Fast forward to today I'm 14 weeks and was bleeding quite heavily earlier it's calmed down a bit now see the picture this is it calming down still having quite sharp pains low down I have an app at 5 for a doctor to look at me but he said that if anything sinister is happening there isn't much he will be able to do has any of you had anything like this
