Dizzy?

I am 12 weeks and have been getting dizzy spells around this time every morning for the last 4-5 days.  I get hot and tingly and am worried if I stand up I will fall over.  Anyone else dealing with this???

Sounds like your blood pressure is a little low, which happens a lot.. try to slowly get out of bed, something salty might help if you’re able to eat right away

Yes! My doctor said completely normal! She said make sure to eat a protein at every meal! And plenty of water!

Me every time I get up. My BP is about 70/105.

My doc told me it’s a drop in blood sugar.

The happened during my last pregnancy and it got worse throughout the second tri.  Low blood pressure was the culprit.  I haven’t had it at all this pregnancy and I’m past 15 weeks. TONS of fluids, eating every 2-3 hours, and lots of extra salt.  I drink salty Gatorade, pickle juice, and add salt to everything.  You’ll want to confirm it’s low BP before you do all that but it sounds like it especially with it being worse in the AM.
