Cramps but BFP?

Question

Did anybody get real bad period cramps and/or lower back pain when af was due and for a few days after (I’m 3 days late) and still get a BFP?
I’ve heard of implantation cramping but I’m not sure whether you would get cramps when af was actually due/after. & also if they would just be mild cramps or feel the same? As mine are really painful.

Cramps during early pregnancy is normal, so it could be pregnancy related or it could be AF. SO many of AF symptoms are the same as pregnancy so it’s hard to tell. With my first pregnancy, I had cramps but thought it was AF. I’m irregular anyway so when she didn’t show it didn’t concern me, 3 months later I found out I was 10weeks 6days pregnant😂

Yes. I had very strong cramps after ovulation and I was just waiting for my Af. Terrible cramps that I took medicine. Waiting and waiting and Af never came. I waited to avoid taking a test with a negative because  I was sure I was not pregnant. 2 weeks late and I went to the doctor concerned about my pains. Result in a Positive 🙈
