Ovulation testing?

So I’m testing again with clear blue advanced same pack I bought last month same tester. I stopped testing last month when I got my peak. I’m usually on a 27-28 day cycle. So I started testing October 10,11,12. All low. Last month I got one low then blinking smiley for 3 days and then got my peak. Are my ovulation cycles off. ???

I’m confused on why the tests are coming back low still. Here’s my September and October calendar

I’m so confused. I hope I’m ovulating and get pregnant this month.
