*WARNING GROSS PIC*

Yes I realize this photo is unpleasant to look at, nobody wants to see it...not even me and it came out of my body 😂. I never lost my mucous plug with my first pregnancy my water only broke so maybe it happened during that time idk. So I have no idea what to look for. Does this look like part of my mucous plug? I’m 38 weeks pregnant with baby #2. Feeling slightly crampy now.
