Guys I need help 🙄

Okay so I've been at my current company for 2 1/2 years and I do love it, don't get me wrong! But for awhile now I have been in kind of a slump because I feel like I do too much and don't treated/paid enough for what I do. And then on top of that I work 7am-3pm as a receptionists (we are open 7am-9pm) and our afternoon girl works 3pm-9pm) well we have gone thru quite a few in the past few months and so when we dont have one I get stuck working the 14 hour days by myself until we hire someone (which I also have to do and train them) and I do twice as much as her and she gets paid just as much as me?!?! So I went to an interview at another company who is a little further of a drive but who pays more, the hours are 8am-5pm and there will be more than one receptionist during the day, and I actually am just a receptionist (answer phones and direct people) not everything else that I do at my current job (cashier, service, assistant to boss, manage vendors, etc) and the company I interviewed with is a bigger company overall and has better benefits and I have the opportunity to grow and move up the ladder (unlike my current company) sooo I just need some advice on if I should take the new job or stay at my current job?

Another note: my current company got a grant last year to expand our building but that is yet to happen so I've been told, once we expand you'll hopefully be able to move up and stuff but that's WHEN we do. And it's going on a whole year later and that's yet to happen. They haven't even talked about it since then! :(
