So I went to an Airrosti massage therapist on Tuesday for sciatic pain. OMG. It hurt like a mother, but I am happy to say that my back pain is finally gone! I feel better than I have in a long time! I am an elementary music teacher and so I'm up and down, on the floor, in itty bitty chairs all day long and I didn't realize how tight those back muscles had gotten. If anyone is having a hard time with sciatica, this might help!
