Lost mucus Plug?

Question

So I just lost like two or three inches of my mucous plug in pretty sure. I’m only 34w5d. Should I tell the doctor or is this okay?

Happened to me too and I called my doctor. They said that it was normal. They said that if it had blood in it and I was having 5 contractions in an hour then to go to L&D but not to worry otherwise.

Lost mine at 33 weeks and it had blood in it, doctor still said not to worry unless I’m having contractions. I’m now 34+2 and showing no signs of going into labor.

I lost mine with my second pregnancy about 3 weeks before delivery. My dr said it could grow back and wasn’t necessarily a sign of labor. Hope that helps!
