Trying to conceive!

My husband and I got married 2 months ago, and we are wanting babies!! I am ovulating this week but need some advice. We both were virgins until our wed day day so we aren’t very sexually experienced. The internet says, to better your chances of conceiving, you should have sex every other day rather than every single day. Sounded bizarre to me. Is this true? Since sex is rather new to me, I do get kind of sore, and don’t want that to happen on the day of ovulation. HELLLP!
