40+1 having contractions for 28h
Been having contractions for 28 hours extreamly irregular. Just when I think they stop they start up again. Didnt sleep at all last night was in so much pain dont know what to do. Went to hospital and here's the real kicked 2 days ago at my appointment I was 3cm dilated yet last night when I went they said I was 1 to 2cm. How does that happen? How can I help ease the pain? How do I get labour going (the right way with regular contractions)
