How do you go from a slightly toxic relationship to a healthy one? We argue a lot over petty stupid things and I know we can be better but we let our emotions get the best of us. I know we have a communication problem we both aren’t well with communicating or expressing ourselves sometimes so does anyone have any tips on being better at communicating? Also I get really angry fast & I tend to say some hurtful things and then he’d get angry and do the same . We have a lot to work on individually but we’re trying to grow together. When we aren’t arguing or going through rough times we feel so at peace with each other & happy .
