Lawyer it up. It helps to have family members to back your claims and discredit any allegations. 
But you really can’t do anything without a proper divorce/ separation lawyer, I’m assuming this is what you’re talking about?

I wouldnt have my SO handle it. Not because I dont think he can, but because I'm the subject of the allegations, I should be fighting them myself.

His 15 year old daughter wrote a letter stating the reason for her not coming over anymore has to do with domestic violence that happens here🙄...that she shares a room with my older sister n she believes she should have her own room(reason we did that was to prevent her from taking nudes in the room on social media)...that 9 kids live in the house and it’s too many...I had three, adopted three n he has three...so yeah..I feel like my name is being tainted n I know it shouldn’t matter because it’s a 15 year old saying this along with her mother...
