Pregnant with twins & single now...

I'm 16 weeks with our twins & my fiancé and I just split up a few days ago. He just does not have his head on straight, or his priorities. I'm feeling SO overwhelmed and scared. We're 4hrs apart now, (I was forced to move back home with family), I'm unable to work, I miss him so much. And of course I still love him with all of my heart. Has this happened to anyone? How did it turn out?
