1 a day couples pre-pregnancy vitamins and Pre-seed?

Anyone of my fellow ladies have any luck taking the couples pre pregnancy vitamins and using preseed with Minor PCOS? Husband and I are TTC and I just recently got diagnosed with PCOS after not having my period for almost 2 years after stillbirthing my daughter and getting Mirena put in right afterwards. Any other OTC things you ladies would recommend to help chances without having to go for DR help first?
