Double pump all 15-20 min or alternate after a while?
How do you ladies pump with a double pump? I put them boh in for 6-10 minutes to get things going, then I keep one cup, cover one breast and empty them out individually with massage. I would not get the same result just pumping double for 20 minutes.
How do you do it? What works best for you?
