Progesterone shots & 24 weeks pregnant

I'm new here! Just curious if anyone else is on weekly progesterone therapy, and can give me some insight.

I'm on the treatments due to previous premature delivery.. Luckily this premie was born at 35 weeks, 7lbs 4oz, and required no hospital stay.. However this is pregnancy number 3 for me, and the doctor feels that with my history of miscarriages and labor occurring earlier and earlier each pregnancy, it's best to do the progesterone shots..

Anywho, ive been on them since week 16. Still feeling exhausted after each injection, and quite moody.. Hoping these symptoms will subside.. Also having contractions, and dilated 2cm, and 50%effaced.. Does this mean im still at risk for premature birth? I was hoping these shots would be the fix, and i wouldn't have to worry so much about him getting here too early..
