Weight gain is making me feel a little crazy
To preface this post, I am aware that weight gain is a natural part of carrying a child. I have no desire to diet, just need to be talked off this ledge I've been standing on.
My prepregnancy weight was 127. I had just come off running competitively in 5K, 10K, and half marathon. Went down to 123 with the stomach flu, and in less than four months, I'm almost up to 150.
I don't look disproportionate, but I feel absolutely disgusting. I am still running, although not as much or as intense as before.
Someone please offer some words of comfort. Again, not looking for weight loss advice. Dealt with anorexia for an entire year before becoming pregnant and was down to a super unhealthy 110 in July 2017. It is just one of those things that I knew going into this pregnancy would be a struggle for me.
