So sore! Is this normal?

My lower abdomen feels so sore. It hurts when I go up stairs or when I move certain ways. I would compare the pain to when you have really rough, deep sex (but I haven't had sex in 3 days). No burning when I pee and no blood/spotting. Is this normal? Is it because my uterus is stretching?

Maybe it's round ligament pain. Mine started towards the end of my first trimester. I take Tylenol Extra strength to deal with the pain!
As long as you are not bleeding it's okay. Round ligament pain can be so painful sometimes especially as the pregnancy progresses.
