Round ligament pain
I woke up this morning with the worst round ligament pain on my right side near my hip. I’ve tried Tylenol l, massage, and a heating pad. This is ruining any plans I’ve had today. Any additional remedies would be appreciated. Hurts so bad to bend and go from sitting to standing and vice versa.
