Stressed and Bleeding

So TMI ladies but I’m home right now bleeding AGAIN. I have bleed before (about 3 weeks ago) and went to my doctor they put the baby on the Doppler and discharged me which made me feel like no one was taking me seriously. Since the bleeding stopped I just went home and tried to forget about it. Baby had a heartbeat and is still moving. Today, I took a shower and had blood going down my leg. I don’t have pads because I used my last ones so I just put my panties on. Not even 20 minutes later I’m bleeding through my panties into my sweat pants. Figures, because I didn’t use a pad like I should’ve. I call L&D and they said to wait it out. Baby is moving but I just feel like something could be wrong. This is all happening while my 19 month old is home with me and my S/O won’t come home from work. 😭
