What’s a good/safe/no damage to the hair toddler hair product?

My daughter is two I always do her hair wether is with bands or bows but I’m always trying to do it. I only use water that’s all I have used just plain water. I’ve been wanting to buy a hair product for her something that smells good during that day something that will make her hair stay. But also won’t damage her hair a lot I know a lot of products can do that.
