My mother in law did it this time.

So my mother in law bought my almost two ear old son a purebred chocolate lab puppy. I’m currently pregnant with our second and last child. I’ve also been trying to convince my fiancé to get a dog even mixed breeds as I really wanted a dog. He’s always been set on purebred chocolate labs which are 1,000$ or more where I live very rarely you might find one as cheap as $800.

This dog is an absolute sweetheart and we are soo happy and excited to have her. Now we just need our son to adjust to a puppy and that they tend to move fast and we need to get her to understand that she can’t jump on him.

Her name is Roxy.

Edit - We changed her name to Molly it suites her better.

Figured I’d give a bit of an update. Mosley and my son Hunter seem to be getting along a better it’s still a little rocky sometimes but they both seem to be adjusting nicely!

Now just to get Molly fully potty trained!
