How to stop jealousy!?

How do you stop being jealous or stop jealousy from taking over?
Because when I become jealous I tend to start hating them but then I get over it.

Start actively thinking about the things you like about people, even if it’s not someone your jealous of but everybody. Pick one thing out tht you like about them, even if it’s just somebody your passing by in the street (maybe it’s their style, hair color, they might have a nice booty you want to work towards getting for yourself?). I used to get really jealous of girls all the time after my bf cheated on me a few years back and I found it made me depressed and resentful, so I started thinking about people more positively in my head just to train my brain to think this way, if I thought something negative about someone I would mentally slap myself for it. If you start training your brain to think more positively everyday and you very conscious about doing it, it opens you up to being more trusting of people and generally enjoying life a lot more. I don’t actively think about it anymore, I’m just generally happy now and not resentful/jealous towards others.

Im not saying this works for everyone but i use to b jealous and insecure and anxiety was crazy pretty much a hot mess then i started to do these guided mediations at night on YouTube with micheal sealy...that man is amazing as the weeks went on the more and more i listen the more i found small things not bothering like they did i wasnt such a hot mess...its only been month but i know his videos have helped me more then even i know yet and ill be continuing to watch his videos.

Honestly.....it took my boyfriend breaking up with me to stop being jealous. It was the one thing constantly ruining our relationship. A few weeks later after some time alone weve started working on things again and for the most part it feels like poof jealousy gone.
