What did you do to help induce labor at home? 
I’ve been trying nipple stimulation, walking and hot showers. 
And yes doctor gave me the okay. Trying to avoid being induced at the hospital. I want him to come naturally but with how many complications I’ve had throughout my pregnancy my doctor will not let me go past my due date. So please tell me what worked for you.

There is a place in Charlotte, NC that women claim have sent them into labor. I was 39 weeks and over being pregnant so we tried it as a joke. I had the pizza at 3pm and my water broke two hours later at 5pm.

I tried it all and it didn’t work. Pumping, sex (lots of sperm, castor oil, membrane stripping, foods, anything I could think of. The only thing mildly effective with any of my pregnancies was membrane stripping. I’ve come to terms with the fact that my body is SLOW at dilating and it doesn’t happen early.

i did everything except castor oil🙅‍♀️ and playing basketball worked both times for me. not even rough sex worked but less than 24 hours after playing basketball with babies #1 and #2, i was homding them in my arms.
