Yes, the nub is pointing with the direction of the spine.  Boy nubs point straight up. 
My baby is a girl which i found out at 14 weeks , and it was the same thing. Except we also got a clear pic between her legs too. Definitely all girl

Too early to tell, I was told 90% girl at NT scan (13weeks) by a very experienced, MFM specialist. 
The same doctor confirmed 100% boy at anatomy scan (21 weeks).
