Has anyone ever took this to boost supply .. How much and when does the maple syrup body oder kick in ?

I took 2 capsules a day and it was heavy duty for me. I smelled like maple syrup intensely. It was better than BO? It boosted my supply, but caused me to have quite a bit of intestinal pain and gas. It also made my LO have a lot of gas and crying. I found brewers yeast and oatmeal, lots of water, a good healthy diet, and even more water helped me the most.

It can have the opposite effect on some women so keep that in mind. I took 3 capsules a day and only smelt the maple syrup smell occasionally but it wasn’t a big deal.

I tried it in a tea and it didn’t do anything for me and gave my son horrible gas
