Your groin, its pelvic groin pain and when it got bad for me it felt like it was being pulled apart. I started walking everyday and its eased up quite a bit.

The only thing that has helped me is the chiropractor and a support belt. It sucks!

Same! I’ve been sore there for weeks and weeks! Walking makes it worse for me. Hot epsom baths twice a day with essential oils has been saving me from misery!!

Basically your pelvis is like this before pregnancy

And as you get into your third trimester it starts to open up and pull apart to make your body ready to deliver the baby

It’s painful for me too, I feel like I just rode a horse for way too long and walking up stairs is the worst for me but hey it’s all supposed to be happening so oh well🤷‍♀️

Pubic symphysis...normal to be painful.in pregnancy since the two halves of your pelvis come together there and are held together with a ligament. Our bodies release Relaxin, a hormone, to loosen ligaments to prepare for birth to widen the hips. Things shift around and therefore can become painful.
