Travel during 1st trimester ✈️😴

Anyone else traveling during their first trimester? I am BEAT! Second business trip in 3 weeks and I only had a 3 hr flight, same time zone. By the time I got to my hotel room @5pm all I wanted to do was pass out 😴😴😴

I had no idea it would be so tiring so soon! Any tips?
