Ovulation cramps or Plan B side effect?
On Friday night we had unprotected sex and that night I took the plan b pill. Today (Saturday) I've been cramping but ONLY on my left side. Could that have been ovulation cramping since it was only on one side or side effect of the plan b but only focused on one side? My estimate ovulation is Monday but I know that nobody knows the exact ovulation date.
