3 days ago I had my last postpartum check up. We discussed birth control and my doc recommend the ring. He knew I’m exclusively breast feed and my daughter has only had the breast milk in a bottle about 3 times since birth. Today I feel a decrease in my breast milk. I believe it could have been the ring. I have an amazing milk supply before it and now I’m supper worried about not having enough milk. I have some milk in the freezer but it won’t last forever she’s only 1 month and a week. I will try pumping in between feeding just to see if anything will help, any advice to boosting it back up again?!
