Soap and water. Try not to immerse. It’s not too big of a deal. Also you can buy “toy spray” at your local sex shop :)

Big thing I'd say is no dish washer and dont boil you pvc or jelly toys. It can break them down over time. But shes right they sell antibacterial sprays and foam soaps my fave is sliquid (they have a great website) cause they are hypoallergenic. Or you can buy these lock cases that clean them with uv light :)
