Headaches/migraines
I’m trying to look for help and see if anybody knows of any good at home remedies to help with headaches and migraines. Majority of the time when I do get headaches, they last forever. I’ll take medicine, showers/baths and I’ll also use ice packs against the front and back of my head. I’m experiencing one at the moment and I’m really looking for some help please 😞
